- Deep technical skills and experience as well as strong client facing skills 
- Superb knowledge in application development across multiple environments
- Broad knowledge and real project experience with multiple software  
  architectures and development environments
- Additional knowledge about surrounding technologies, e.g. MQ Series, 
  Websphere
- Experience in Linux, Unix and Windows
- Leads and structures projects, supervises junior staff members

◈ Requirements
- Able to communicate most complex technical decisions to business clients 
   and account teams
- Trusted contact to clients
- Fluent in English Communication 
- Onboard on 2010 1Q
- Minimum 6 years experience, preferably more
- Bachelor's Degree 
- English: Fluent

- DB2 Products Pre Sales Leader

◈ Job Description
- Subject matter expert on Oracle working with client teams on product 
  positioning, understanding the competitive landscape and negotiating
  with clients IBM products and proof of concepts

◈ Requirements 
- Prefer experiences as a team leader (however, this role is not a 
  manager role but needs leadership)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable 
  talking to all levels of management and development at both client site.
- Fluent in English communication (both written and speaking)
- Experienced with sales but also possess good technical skills
- Will contribute to RFPs/RFIs and be an active participate of a sales cycle with a client.
- A minimum of five years of hands on Oracle experience is required as 
  well as certification in current Oracle products.
- Some knowledge or experience with DB2

◈ Job Description
- Serve as a member of team working with Solution Migration Consultants on Proof of Concepts demonstrating technology.

◈ Required
- Bachelor's Degree 
- English: Fluent 
- Preferred candidates will be certified in both DB2 and Oracle 
– at hiring time Oracle skills OR DB2 skills are sufficient.
- Possess a solid understanding of one or two programming environments.
- Be proficient in PL/SQL and SQL Coding.
- Possess good client skills and ability to work as a cohesive team member.
- Minimum 4years of experience

- Fully certified SAP Basis expert and Migration expert 
  (Cert can be done within 6 month starting the job)
- Project experience with SAP as basis consultant

- DataBase Experience preferred
